About the 2 Week Course & Heaven's Door the Book
The lessons for this course are based on my book Heaven's Door.
The book is delightful and easy to read and I'm excited to share it with you. In it you will find many wonderful revelations, as well as, unique insights about our precious Savior, Jesus Christ. The stories in this book are parable-like and with each one there is a Biblical explanation of their spiritual significance.
I am including a chapter reading with each lesson. Over the two week course you will learn that these simple, yet extraordinary encounters with the Lord are part of our inheritance as believers.
The daily work in this class should take less than thirty minutes to complete. Though you will chose your schedule with the coursework I would recommend you do each class daily. This would help to set up a discipline that I believe is necessary for maintaining these special times with Jesus.
Here is the daily routine I've set up with each class: First you will have a chapter reading (most chapters are about five pages), then you will listen to a ten minute video/podcast, and I may or may not add a quiz at the end.
This course will be an eye opener.
In this course you will learn how to spend time with Jesus face-to-face in the Spirit. This special time with Jesus will transform your inner being as you go from knowing God in your head to actually experiencing Him in your heart.
By the end of the full three month course you will have a new understanding of your heavenly inheritance as talked about in Ephesians 1. This includes your citizenship in heaven and the divine relationship you were created to share with God the Father, Jesus your Bridegroom, and the precious Holy Spirit who makes it all possible.
Revelation 3:20
In Revelation 3:20 Jesus says, "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me."
Jesus is requesting greater intimacy with each of us and this e-course will show you how to open your heart's door and let Him in. Through it all you will gain many knew insights into who you are in Jesus Christ as you develop a deeper relationship with Him.
I am happy to offer the first two weeks of this e-course for free. I encourage you to join today and discover the joy of meeting Jesus face-to-face.
As I mentioned above you may return to heavensdoor41.com to subscribe to the mailing list or join the one here on Teachable.

While passionately seeking Jesus one night, Cindy Johnston was drawn into a powerful face-to-face encounter with the Lord. After this time Johnston’s heart began to burn for Jesus and to her amazement, He began to pursue her in return. Soon Jesus taught her how to see in the Spirit and then go up into the heavens with Him. Over time these interactive visions grew more intense as Jesus healed, delivered, and changed her life forever.
Johnston’s unique stories in this book will astound readers and even shock them in the reality of God’s fervent desire for intimacy. Through her stories and careful Biblical discussions, readers will discover they too can have life-changing, face-to-face encounters with Jesus.
Listed below are three paintings that came directly from this book. They were inspired and directed by the Holy Spirit as I capture my times with Jesus in the heavens.
Jasper the Bird
Jasper the Bird is the first painting of its kind. Through these divine encounters Jesus began teaching me how to paint in this new way.
But this painting was so much more.
It is an amazing testimony to how subtle Jesus' dealings were as I began experiencing Him in the heavens.
As you read the 2 chapters about Jasper the bird, you will see the depth and layers these parable-like stories can have.
I was stunned to see that through a dream years before that God had planned these special times years in advance. As the fulfillment of the dream came about, I discovered the layers of depth and meaning were so deep i could not write them all.
The Trinity
This painting was inspired by a divine encounter with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Their love was so overwhelming I could do nothing but cry. I went and painted this picture immediately after that encounter.
When I sent a picture of the painting to a friend, she saw something amazing. She said in the background she could see one big heart with to smaller hearts inside. This was so mind blowing when I saw it. How precious God is to do these little things to show His love.
Maui Dolphins
This painting came to me after I had an encounter with Jesus. In this time with Jesus I saw two dolphins jumping out of the water in the distance sunset. Not being able to see them clearly I thought they were Killer whales because of their coloring.
Jesus told me they were actually the smallest dolphin in our world. He said they were going extinct.
Later, when I looked them up on the internet, I found that the Maui dolphin is located off the coast of New Zealand. They are about the size of a big dog.
Just as Jesus said they are the smallest species in the world and they are going extinct. This encounter put many of my doubts to rest.
His Humility
Is a Heaven's Door Painting
Watercolor painting (9X12)
As I mentioned through my times with Jesus, I learned a new technique in watercolor painting. Over time Jesus led me to paint a series I call my Heaven's Door paintings. In this painting, you will see the door is small and the surroundings are humble. Jesus set the example of how to serve and take a lowly place. Going lower in humility is always a way we can go higher into the things of God.
